What To Expect For Your Therapy Treatment

The first 1-3 sessions will be an initial evaluation. This will result  in a working diagnosis of your current symptoms and together we will develop a treatment plan to work toward your individual goals.  The plan will also include the type of treatment recommended and an estimate how many and frequency recommendations for therapy. Sessions typically last about 53 minutes and include an update on progress, work on the target problem, and an assignment for practice between sessions. Sessions will also include introducing new varieties of coping skills that can be utilized in between our sessions.
